Quick Start Guide

Welcome to the Quick Start Guide. This guide was developed to help our customers get started quickly and with ease. This guide will contain the basic information to your web hosting account.

Ensuring domain is active

If you purchased a domain name through our service at the time of sign up, your domain name is already pointing to our servers, and no changes are needed. However, if you are a transfer customer, then please ensure that your domain name is pointing to the nameservers in your welcome email.

Note: Please allow for up to 24-48 hours, in some cases up to 72 hours for the domain name to resolve. Once this period has passed, your domain will be fully working with our services.
